Offering time

People that know me, know I hate the brain washing tactics employed by so called men of God (Pastors) when it comes to offering time.

It is no news that some people use God to make money, they preach about tithes and offerings however they line their pockets with the fattest share, drive the best auto mobiles, travel the world in private jets (adding to pollution), wear the best suits and live in the biggest houses.

God does not desire your monetary offering, sacrifice or even tithes.......the PASTOR does. Think about it, God does not need your money to build an extra house in heaven nor does HE need your money to buy the newest version of the Bugatti.

I am NOT saying do not give tithes and offerings in anyway....Please give what you can, when you can and how you can.

I must however bring to light the happenings at church today.

After the pastor's impressive and inspiring sermon (I go to church to be inspired, I can pray at home), it was time for offering....the formalities came and went but I think the pastor must have noticed a few people did not have any money for offering. He asked those without offering to raise their hands.......they did (at this point, I'm thinking...is this man about to embarrass them for not having an offering as I heard a tale of a pastor that only prays for those that have given their offering)

Then the pastor asked for his wallet, opened it, diped into it..................and gave everyone without an offering twenty pounds each[£20](N5000)(31.9$U.S)(46.19GHS cedis)(21euros)

In my book, that is a fine example of what a Pastor should be. A fine example of what a man should be.

It is only right I reveal his name.

iBACK

I am back in blogville. I took some time off because I had a big burst up with motivation and she kicked me off the bus, however I found inspiration in photography and she found me a place in creativity.

So, some of my post will be formal, informal, story telling through photos, music , anything that inspires me.

Guess what?

Motivation asked me asked, she begged actually........now I'm chilling with motivation and inspiration in creativity.

You can call it a threesome...
